【LL.M. 2016年秋入学用出願締め切り日】 Duke Univ.
Duke University LL.M.プログラムの出願締め切り日が発表されました。

Applicants to Duke Law’s LLM, SJD and exchange programs may begin submitting applications for the 2016-2017 academic year on September 1, 2015. The application deadline is January 20, 2016.
Although the application deadline is January 20, candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis beginning in January. A rolling basis means that applications are considered until the class is full. Admission to the LLM and SJD program is for fall semester only.

レジュメ：Accomplishment Statement
真夏日が照り付ける中、あっという間に８月へ突入しました。1月の出願締め切り日をターゲットするMBA出願者の方々の中には、そろそろレジュメの作成を意識、もしくは既に着手され始めた頃ではないでしょうか。
出願書類に使用するレジュメは、出願者としての自分をアドミッション側に売り込む上でのマーケティングツールになります。その内容は、自らが「合格者するに相応しい資質そのものを仕事、教育上における実績を通じて１ページの書面上にて強調していくことが求められます。
まずはその手始めとしましては、これまでの職務に関して記述する自己分析作業から始めてみましょう。その作業が終わりましたら、職務を遂行する上で必要なスキルの組み合わせ（Skill-Set)を書きだしてみましょう。それらの職務記述内容とスキルの組み合わせを精査し、レジュメに記すものを選択してください。
ここで選択した内容を纏めるにあたり、下記にて紹介するフォーマットを使用してみましょう。
それは、Problem-Action-Result (PAR) Methodです。
まずは、各内容を以下の項目ごとに書きだしてみましょう。
・Problem：以下はサンプルです
⇒当時の状況と直面していた諸問題
⇒当時の目標内容
⇒プロジェクト等の規模（関係者の人数、自分が監督していた人数）
⇒管理していた予算など
・Actions：以下はサンプルです
⇒目標達成に向けて取り組んだこと（actions）
⇒プロジェクト終了に向けた取り組んだこと(actions)
・Result：以下はサンプルです
⇒コストを削減した
⇒時間をセーブした（予定以上にプロジェクトを終了させた等）
⇒何かを開発した
⇒何かを改善した
⇒新しいプロセスを開発した
⇒新たな製品を開発をした
⇒新たな市場を発見した/開拓した
⇒異なる部署から集まったメンバーで構成したチームを率いてプロジェクトの終了へと導いた
⇒売上金額をアップさせた
⇒オペレーションのプロセスを改善した
⇒交渉を成功させ、新たな取引契約を締結し
そして、最後にそれぞれP, A, Rの項目別に書きだした内容をAccomplishment Statementとして纏めます。このStatementが英文レジュメのBullet Pointになります。
