Applications for the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy class of 2015 are now open.
As we welcome our new Sloan MSc class onto campus, I wanted to provide you with some great tips on how you can improve your candidacy for the next intake.
・Understand the programme – With a focus on strategy, leadership, change and globalisation, the world-class programme teaches effective leadership skills, and outstanding business strategy knowledge while delivering the latest insights in business practice and research.
・Decide whether the programme is right for you – Do you consider yourself too senior for an MBA? Did you complete your MBA many years ago and looking for your next academic step? If you’re a senior manager, leader or entrepreneur with more than 12 years management experience and would like our feedback on whether you are a good fit for the programme, please submit your CV and I’ll be in contact to advise of the next steps.
・Reflect on your successes and achievements – This is your opportunity to consider your immediate and ultimate career objectives and show off your skills, such as team work and decision-making. You’ll be in a class of up to sixty professionals from a diverse range of backgrounds and industries – our brand new essays will show us whether you have the ability and experience to succeed and contribute to this life-changing programme. Check whether you require a visa – If you’re not a UK or EU national, you’ll need to apply for a Tier 4 visa. We can provide help and support through this process.
Consider your funding options – Each year a number of our students are supported by their employer. Our sponsorship guidance notes will help you to prepare a compelling business case or see further information on financing and funding.
Meet the team – We travel to over 60 major cities every year and would love the opportunity to meet you in person to discuss the programme. Alternatively, we have Sloan alumni based on every continent making it easier for you to connect and gain further programme insights.
